Announcement for the approval of EYATH S.A.’s new pricing policy

EYATH S.A. informs the investing public that, following EYATH SA’s relevant proposal, the Water Sector of the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water (RAEWW) published its decision no Y-3/2026, approving the Company’s Financial Cost and new pricing policy for the 1st Regulatory Period 2025-2029.

More specifically:

  • Household and Social invoices remain unchanged. For the vast majority of consumers (Household Use, Social Household Invoices A and B), no actual raise is applied. The final charges remain stable.
  • Regulatory Integration of the Special Water Cycle Fee (SWCF). The difference in the price of cubic meter per scale is due solely to the integration of the already existing “Special Water Cycle Fee (SWCF)”, of 0,07 €/m³. This fee, which was already being paid regularly by consumers since 2012, no longer appears separately and is integrated in the base price, for reasons of regulatory transparency, according to the Regulatory Authority’s indications.
  • Compatibility with the Company’s Proposal.  RAEWW’s decision fully adopted the philosophy of EYATH SA’s final proposal for the protection of consumers and the assurance of social stability, approving at the same time the Company’s development and investment plan of 221,6 mil. € for the digital and energy modernization of its infrastructure.

EYATH S.A. remains focused to the preservation of the high quality of its services, ensuring at the same time its healthy financial course and the due application of the rules of the new regulatory period.
